DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is expanding its regional Network Operations across Asia-Pacific. We seek a seasoned network leader to manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements in network design, automation, and service delivery.

You will guide a multi-site team, ensure high availability, and collaborate with vendors to maintain superior performance. Strong communications and governance skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering, implementation, and operations.
• Experience leading network engineers or technical operations teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site or geographically distributed networks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Regional Network Operations: Manage day-to-day network operations across data centers and workplaces within the region.
• Incident, Problem & Performance Management: Lead troubleshooting and RCA with performance optimization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the regional Network Operations team across locations.
• Network Design & Implementation: Support design, expansion, and lifecycle management of networks.
• Standards, Governance & Automation: Develop standards and promote automation and tooling.
• Vendor & Service Management: Manage vendor relationships and escalations.
• Reporting & Capacity Management: Monitor availability, capacity, and produce regular reports.
