Job summary

DayOne is seeking a Senior Regional Electrical Leader to govern electrical infrastructure across Southeast Asia data center operations, driving reliability, standards, and incident response. You will manage HV/MV/LV systems, protection schemes, UPS/generators, and lifecycle maintenance while coordinating with OEMs and service providers.

The role requires extensive field experience in critical facilities, strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards, and willingness to travel regionally to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in electrical engineering or data-center operations.
• SME responsible for complete electrical infrastructure lifecycle.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV power, UPS, transformers, switchgear.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional technical leadership and governance for electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and lifecycle of critical electrical systems.
• Act as regional Electrical SME for complex issues and incidents.
• Drive reliability with preventive and predictive maintenance; lead RCAs.
• Develop operational standards, switching and maintenance playbooks.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and build regional capability.
• Support commissioning and handover from project delivery.
