Job summary

DayOne in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Regional Network Operations Lead to manage day-to-day network operations across data centers and workplaces in the region, ensuring stability and performance.

You will lead the regional network engineering team, drive incident resolution, design reviews, governance, and capacity planning, and partner with vendors to deliver scalable, secure connectivity for DayOne’s global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering, implementation, and operations.
• Experience leading network engineers or technical operations teams.
• Experience in global enterprises or multi-site data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Regional Network Operations: manage day-to-day network operations across data centers and workplaces in the region.
• Incident, Problem & Performance Management: lead troubleshooting, RCA, and performance optimization; coordinate major incidents.
• Team Leadership: lead and develop the regional Network Operations team across multiple locations.
• Network Design & Implementation: support design, expansion, lifecycle management, and standards for data center networks.
• Standards, Governance & Automation: develop SOPs, configuration standards, and promote automation.
