Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronic or related discipline).
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a data center-relevant discipline, including operations, design, construction or product.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages of DayOne's markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Japanese, Thai) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data skills; proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI.
• Commercially aware with ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Reporting and Performance Analysis for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Capacity Management and Optimisation across the regional portfolio, including power allocation and connectivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Business Operations, Sustainability, Investment, Pre-Sales and Transformations.
