Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Finance Data Analyst to directly impact strategy, growth, and financial operations across 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics. You will partner with senior Finance leaders to influence decisions, mentor junior analysts, and drive AI-enabled finance analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of data analytics with SQL, Python, data modeling, and visualization.
• 3+ years supporting Finance/FinTech with data-backed recommendations.
• Experience with Payments/FinTech a strong asset.
• Proficiency with Looker/Tableau and BigQuery; dbt/Airflow a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design internal/external finance reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build SQL models and transform large data sets into insights with BigQuery/dbt.
• Collaborate with senior finance leaders to influence strategy.
• Create dashboards and agentic data assets to aid decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote team growth.
• Lead AI-powered analytics and automation efforts.
