Job summary

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO in managing operations and administration across our APAC footprint. You will guide teams to deliver timely products and services while controlling costs and ensuring strategy execution.

The role requires leadership, integrity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Travel to Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong will be required as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Strong university degree is required.
• Minimum 4–5 years in operations and administration, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin knowledge is advantageous.
• Able to travel to Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong from Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and administration of the group as a fund manager, reporting to the CEO.
• Lead operations and administration teams to deliver timely product and service outputs with cost controls.
• Ensure execution of strategy and high-impact contribution to long-term growth.
