Job summary

Randstad Malaysia's client, a leader in the commodities trading sector, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive regional growth. You will identify, acquire, and build strategic relationships with corporate clients, wholesale channels, and suppliers across physical commodity markets.

In this role you will provide daily pricing quotations, manage market spreads, and execute trades within approved risk limits, while drafting and negotiating trade confirmations and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and build strategic relationships with corporate clients, wholesale channels, and suppliers across physical commodity markets.
• Provide daily pricing quotations, manage market spreads, and execute physical commodity and foreign exchange trades within approved risk limits.
• Draft, review, and negotiate trade confirmations, sales agreements, and purchase contracts. Ensure adherence to internal risk frameworks, credit limits, and local regulations.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution, settlement, and customer delivery; prepare management updates on sales performance and market trends.
