Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of commercial B2B sales experience in fertiliser or agrochemicals, and has a proven history of expanding distributor networks and dealer channels, demonstrating resilience and accountability.

• Demonstrated success in overseeing distributor networks and managing dealer channels.
• Strong track record of driving commercial expansion and scaling business operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume growth for the assigned region.
• Manage dealerships: understand dealer profiles, conduct field visits, and expand the regional dealer base.
• Conduct competitor analysis, manage sales forecasts, and collaborate closely with internal functional teams.
