Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 12–18+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Proven track record in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong exposure to regional / multi-country finance leadership.
• Deep expertise in finance operations, cost accounting, and plant finance.
• Experience in ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance partner to regional CEO and plant leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, controls, and compliance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Monitor costing, margins, and production efficiency with variance analysis.
• Lead cross-border reporting, tax planning, and governance.
• Drive ERP optimisation, automation, and data analytics initiatives.
