Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the revenue agenda in Klang Valley, Malaysia, driving sustainable growth across sales, marketing, product, supply chain and finance in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

You will build and refine revenue models, align go-to-market strategies with profitability targets, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, retention, and ROI while fostering a data-driven, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior sales/marketing or revenue leadership in FMCG.
• Proven revenue growth in competitive markets.
• Experience across multiple channels including domestic/export.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments.
