Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive Malaysia’s three-plant manufacturing group. You will shape strategy, oversee operations, and lead commercial growth while ensuring governance and financial discipline across the enterprise.

Success requires 15+ years in senior manufacturing leadership, a deep grasp of operations, supply chain, and finance, plus a proven ability to build high-performance teams and deliver sustainable EBITDA improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred for strategic leadership.
• 15+ years of senior leadership in manufacturing industries; multi-site experience.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and cost optimization.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing ops, supply chain, quality, and commercial strategy.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategy and growth roadmap.
• Oversee three manufacturing plants for productivity, safety, and cost management.
• Drive operational excellence and Lean initiatives across facilities.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth, cash flow, and profitability.
• Lead governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
