Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in building, guiding, and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of Group Finance functions.
• Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax-related matters.
• Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Compile financial data and perform detailed analyses to support management decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, Company Secretary, and stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory filings and compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing financial performance.
• Drive finance process improvements to strengthen efficiency, controls, and reporting quality.
• Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
