Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in retail across multiple countries.
• Strong track record in driving growth, expansion, and commercial transformation.
• Experience managing full P&L and delivering profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's overall strategy, growth plans and capital allocation.
• Oversee regional operations, scaling stores, supply chain, inventory and customer experience.
• Lead digital transformation, omnichannel initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Engage Board and shareholders, manage risk and ensure governance across markets.
• Mentor and develop country leaders and build a high-performance regional team.
