Job summary

Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd seeks a Body & Paint Regional Manager to develop, support and oversee the Proton e.MAS authorized dealer network across the region. The role ensures dealer compliance with standards for service, repair quality, safety, and profitability from facility planning to daily operations.

The position requires 5–8 years in automotive aftersales or network development, with strong leadership, communication, and KPI management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in automotive, engineering, or management fields.
• 5–8 years in automotive aftersales, Body & Paint operations, dealer management, or network development.
• Experience with an automotive OEM or authorized dealer network is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Body & Paint workshop operations and KPI management.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and manage Proton e.MAS authorized Body & Paint dealer network.
• Ensure dealer facilities comply with OEM Body & Paint standards before operation.
• Coordinate dealer onboarding: facility readiness, equipment, manpower, processes.
• Monitor dealer performance, conduct visits, and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Parts, and Network Development teams, and support new model launches.
