Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient managing of the body and paint operation and ensuring profit and sales target
• Assist in the planning and implementation of the Body & Paint service business strategies and business activities to achieve the Company's B&P service objectives
• Remain knowledgeable of the range of products and services, key processes, business initiatives, industry trends and competition in order to assist the sales division in accomplishing company goals
• Achieve the annual targets for B&P Department
• Plan for parts price revision based on the requirement
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating all workshop operation processes and make recommendation where applicable to improve the system in line with requirement
• Ensure that B&P is able to produce high-quality repair with the right and proper techniques through the established SOPs
• Review current business processes and existing Contractors, dealers and Insurance panels and identify weaknesses
• Ensure efficient administration of the parts operation relating to stock purchases, inventory control and supply of parts and ensuring that parts' profit margin is attained
• Handle issues related to insurance claims
• We selling and purchase used car vehicle.
