Job summary

Valmatic Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across Malaysia and Southeast Asia, focusing on industrial valves, M&E, and related sectors. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, distributors and end users, and promote our products at meetings and industry events.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial valves, a degree or diploma in engineering or business, strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial valves.
• Experience in M&E, building services, waterworks, data centre or related industries will be an advantage.
• Experience in Business Development, Project Sales or related industries.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel for customer engagement and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, distributors, system integrators and end users.
• Develop project opportunities from early design stage, specification, tender until project execution.
• Promote Company’s products through customer meetings, technical presentations and industry events.
• Support product specification, technical submissions and customer requirements.
• Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to support business growth and project conversion.
• Develop distributor and business partner networks across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
