Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a Senior Bancassurance Sales Leader to drive regional performance through strategic execution, branch collaboration, and disciplined sales management.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans across branches while upholding high standards of service and profitability. Lead a team of Specialists/Analysts, coach field staff, and monitor key metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance with at least 10 years in sales, bancassurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to train and coach field teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional Bancassurance sales performance through strategy execution and branch engagement.
• Lead a team of Specialists/Analysts to meet targets and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with partner bank stakeholders to review performance and develop action plans.
• Provide training, coaching, and field support to improve seller performance.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across activities.
