Qualifications

• Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional bancassurance sales performance through monitoring and corrective actions.
• Lead and manage a team of Specialists/Analysts to hit targets and ensure quality.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans and ensure execution across branches.
• Collaborate with partner bank stakeholders to review performance and drive actions.
• Build relationships with branch managers and stakeholders to support growth.
• Oversee branch sales activities, lead generation, and campaigns.
• Lead sales review meetings and provide insights to senior management.
• Provide training, coaching, and field support to improve sellers' performance.
• Drive productivity, penetration, and portfolio quality while ensuring compliance.
