Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen its ambitious sales team in Malaysia and explore Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Cambodia, Brunei, Philippines and Myanmar. You will promote Teltonika’s telematics solutions to System Integration partners and drive growth across regional markets.

Responsibilities include leading lead generation, cold calling, client visits, and negotiating contracts. English fluency is required; CRM familiarity with ZoomInfo/Lusha is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of working experience in B2B hunter sales.
• Experience in GPS/telematics or system integration is essential.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proven lead generation and cold calling abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by targeting System Integration companies and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and proactive lead generation.
• Build new customers through regular communications and visits.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet sales goals.
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address requirements.
