Bakels (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales Executive (Solution Provider) for bakery ingredients in Perak. You will sell B2B/industrial baking products, with leads provided and room to source new prospects. Candidates must have their own transport and be willing to travel across Perak.

The role offers a salary package inclusive of base pay, commission and allowances, plus car allowance and petrol card. Expect 5 days of work per week with performance-based incentives.

Formación

• Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license; willing to travel within Perak.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven 3 years of sales experience, preferably in baking/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of baking ingredients and production processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales and collection targets for the Perak region.
• Provide servicing and solutions to customers based on contact cycles.
• Open new accounts and develop sales in Perak.
• Conduct product presentations with technical teams to potential industrial customers.
