Job summary

U Mobile in Ipoh is seeking an Activation Executive to lead promoter-driven sales, enforce in-field standards, and audit distributor activities. You will ensure compliant execution, manage stock and POSM, and deliver weekly regional insights. The role requires daily travel and a base in Ipoh, with flexi hours and competitive benefits.

You will work closely with distributors and the Account Manager to achieve targets, reinforce product knowledge, and coach promoters for improved performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent.
• Must be based in Ipoh.
• Must have own car and willing to travel daily.
• Exposure to working with promoters or distributor-led sales team is an advantage.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Communication skills: engage Promoters, distributor supervisors, and collaborate with Account Manager effectively.
• Leadership & coaching ability: lead promoters and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Promoters to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure field execution standards.
• Conduct frequent on-ground audits of Promoters as per targets.
• Validate Promoters' compliance with grooming, punctuality, presence, SOPs, and SFA check-ins.
• Ensure stock and POSM sufficiency during roving activities and portable booths.
• Verify product knowledge among Promoters during audits.
• Support regional execution and adapt HQ strategy to local challenges.
• Audit retail outlets as required and source potential partners.
• Provide weekly reports on audit findings and performance trends.
• Offer feedback on distributor readiness, stock movement, and POSM usage.
