Job summary

U Mobile in Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Sales Team Lead to steer field sales and distributor relationships, driving KPI achievements and target attainment across the region.

You will lead a sales team on the ground, collaborate with distributors, provide system support, and plan campaigns to grow prepaid and postpaid segments while training staff and ensuring active loyalty.

Qualifications

• Eight years in Telco or related industry with at least five years in sales team management.
• Own car with valid driving license.
• Willing to travel extensively to Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Team in Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan to achieve territory sales targets.
• Manage distributor and dealer performance and provide field support.
• Provide system support to distributors (network, creation, modification, termination).
• Plan and monitor sales strategies and promotional campaigns to expand U Mobile touchpoints.
• Coordinate trade marketing initiatives to improve sales performance and engagement.
