Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Area Sales Executive to conduct daily visits to dealers and support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas, focusing on hitting sales targets and KPIs.

You will build relationships with dealers, execute promotions, deepen loyalty through activations, and ensure dealers have product knowledge and training. A field-sales mindset, own transport, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in outdoor/field sales in telco/FMCG/retail or related industry.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM / Diploma.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Kuala Lipis, Raub, Bentong, Maran, Pekan or Rompin.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to dealers stores to support Sales & Distribution activities and achieve KPIs.
• Execute sales strategies and promotions and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points.
• Provide service and build relationships with dealers; ensure product knowledge and training.
• Perform trade events and provide ground support to boost sales.
