Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, account development, or related roles within electronic publishing, software, or internet industries.
• Experience working with libraries, academic institutions, or scientific publishing is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia or Thai is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Account Development Plan for the SEA region.
• Manage post-sales engagement for institutional accounts through visits and meetings.
• Identify upsell opportunities using customer insights and data.
