Momentum Spine and Joint is seeking a Lead Referral Intake Coordinator in Arlington, TX to manage referrals and insurance verification. You will work with Salesforce and eCW to enter data, schedule initial appointments, and communicate with patients and referral sources.

The role emphasizes team support and process improvements in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate has experience with HIPAA, EMR systems, and strong communication and organizational skills to maintain accurate

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year in a medical office or facility setting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all required authorizations are obtained prior to scheduling initial appointments.
• Create and update patient charts in Salesforce and eCW with complete and accurate information.
• Schedule and reschedule initial consultations as needed.
• Communicate appointment details to patients in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and complete insurance verification forms.
• Assist front office with insurance questions and resolve coverage issues.
• Provide guidance and peer support to team members on workflows and best practices.
• Coordinate with leadership to identify workflow improvements.
