Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Recruitment Intern in Kuala Lumpur. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring talent to supporting engagement and retention initiatives.

You will assist in end-to-end recruitment, post ads on multiple platforms, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and help maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. A proactive learner with strong communication is ideal.

About the Role

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
