Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Recruitment Innovation professional to own end-to-end hiring outcomes within the Pay-Per-Hire business. You will stress-test AI tools, run structured experiments on recruiter workflows, and mentor specialists to lift capability across intake calls, sourcing strategies and AI-enabled workflows.

You will join a delivery-focused team with strong SLAs, data discipline, and a hands-on, impact-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in the employment or recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated high-ownership experience and ability to meet SLAs.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled and automated tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring outcomes for allocated roles from brief to placement, meeting SLAs.
• Provide timely updates to hirers and candidates to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Follow process steps with precision and maintain clean data for experiments.
• Run structured experiments on recruiter process flows and share insights with product and growth teams.
• Coach Recruitment Innovation Specialists and support onboarding.
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks.
