Job summary

The GMP Group KL Office is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source and place top talent across Malaysia, working full-time to support client organisations.

You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, build client relationships, source candidates, conduct interviews, and guide offers to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a recruiter.
• Experience sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates in permanent and contract roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends and legislation.
• Proactive, driven and commercially-minded with a consultative approach.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and CRM systems.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the GMP Group KL Office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent to support the strategic growth of our client organisations across Malaysia.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job specification to offer negotiation and onboarding for a variety of roles and industries

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and hiring requirements

Proactively source and screen high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year's experience as a recruiter, ideally within the human resources and recruitment industry
