Job summary

Ocean Vantage Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“OVE”) is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support manpower mobilization, crew manning-up, and daily recruitment coordination.

You will convert crew CVs into the standard OVE-format, maintain the Master Crew Database with up-to-date crew information and training records, and assist with online training coordination and employment documentation. This role offers exposure to offshore and onshore project management in the oil and gas sector, with opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist with manpower mobilization and crew manning-up activities.
• Assist the Recruitment Department with daily administrative tasks, coordination, and recruitment-related activities.
• Assist in converting crew original CVs into the standard OVE-format CV.
• Maintain and update the OVE Master Crew Database with accurate and up-to-date crew information, qualifications, and training records.
• Assist with the coordination and administration of online training for crew members.
• Assist in preparing Crew Contract Agreements and other related employment documentation.
• Assist with the filing, tracking, and maintenance of signed Crew Contract Agreements in the designated Crew Contract Folder.
