Job description

Source and screen candidates for field force positions through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach

Conduct initial telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit

Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines and ensure timely progression of candidates through the hiring process

Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers

Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations

Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications and references

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment management system

Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure positive experience and future engagement

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline status and placement outcomes

Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and campaign deadlines

Provide administrative support for onboarding processes and coordinate necessary documentation

What we're looking for

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment

Experience with mass hiring or high-volume recruitment campaigns is highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Ability to meet ambitious recruitment targets and work effectively under pressure

Demonstrated understanding of field force roles and the associated skill sets required

Attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate information and documentation
