Job summary

ISCISTECH Business Solution Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to assist in sourcing and screening candidates for general and IT roles. You will post vacancies, review resumes, shortlist applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You'll maintain candidate records, support day-to-day recruitment activities, and learn HR processes while developing proactive, organized communication with candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
