DHL IT Services offers a Platform Support Intern position in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, inviting students to contribute to IT services, security operations, and digital transformation projects. You will be exposed to project delivery, documentation, and governance activities within a global logistics technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons).
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Copilot.
• Preferred skills: Windows Server / Linux.
• Required language: English
• Internship period of minimum 6 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Responsabilités

• Support the team in identifying, evaluating and implementing AI / Automation Use Cases
• Support the team in maintaining and updating team documentation and knowledge articles.
• Communicate with internal customers and support them with privileged access requests, privileged access reviews and related governance activities
• Support reporting and analysis activities related to Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability Management and Compliance Management.
• Actively share knowledge/experience from experienced security professionals.

I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2012, when I took a role as Graduate Trainee in the Linux Operations team, and since then progressed through several technical and leadership roles.
