Job summary

DHL IT Services is seeking an Intern – Agentic AI, Software Development in Cyberjaya to join our global IT team. You will contribute to designing, implementing and testing agentic AI solutions while learning from experienced engineers in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with Python, Generative AI, React and Java, work with Git, and participate in DevSecOps practices as part of real projects supporting DHL's logistics leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Current CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons) required.
• Required skills: Software Development Methodologies, DevSecOps.
• Preferred: Prompt Engineering, AI Governance.
• Required language: English.
• Internship period: minimum 6 months.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design, implement and test agentic AI solutions.
• Work with Python, Prompt Engineering and Generative AI models; knowledge of use cases.
• Work with React (Front End) and Java (Back End); understand Git and project tools.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

• Collaborate with the team to design, implement and test agentic AI solution
• Have Python experience, Prompt Engineering and Generative AI models, use cases knowledge
• Have knowledge in React (Front End Tech) and Java, (Backend End Tech)
• Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools, analytical and soft skills

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
