Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Collections Associate to handle delinquent accounts and support customers in Malaysia. You will contact customers by phone, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records while aiming to recover outstanding balances.

Requirements include SPM or equivalent, Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency, and a fresh graduate with less than 1 year experience. Salary ranges from RM1,700 to RM2,500 monthly with unlimited commission potential and

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via telephone to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure agreed payment commitments are fulfilled.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance regarding outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements and collection status.
• Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
