Job summary

Newvest Recoveries in Malaysia is seeking an Admin Recovery Executive to support our operations team. You will work closely with the Manager and Head of Department, keeping the daily administrative engine of the department running smoothly and staying close to how a recoveries business operates.

This role suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping things on track behind the scenes while communicating professionally with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in the debt collection industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with collections software (such as Volare) is preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and a thorough working style.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A customer service mindset.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Head of Department with day-to-day operations and administrative work.
• Uphold organisational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
• Handle general administrative duties, including internal and external mail.
• Assist in preparing reports.
• Liaise with other departments and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
