Job summary

3E Worldwide Sdn Bhd is seeking a Front Desk / Admin support role to manage the reception, handle calls and emails, and coordinate meeting room bookings in a busy office in Malaysia.

The successful candidate will assist with stationery inventory, office supplies, and basic HR/Admin tasks while ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception counter and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services
• Manage meeting room bookings and visitor registration
• Manage stationery ordering and inventory control
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry items
• Coordinate cleaner schedules, including daily office cleaning and periodic deep cleaning
• Monitor overall office cleanliness and facility conditions
• Arrange and coordinate office maintenance, including air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and other facilities
• Coordinate pest control and waste disposal vendors
• Provide support for HR/Admin tasks when required, including document preparation and filing
