Segi Fresh is hiring a Cashier Supervisor for Bandar Tasik Puteri, Selangor. You will oversee cashier operations, process transactions, and ensure accurate pricing while delivering friendly customer service.

The role supports smooth front-end operations and teamwork with store staff, with training provided for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with basic numeracy and attention to detail.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Customer-service oriented mindset and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately using POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods responsibly.
• Ensure correct pricing, scanning and billing of items.
• Issue receipts, refunds and exchanges per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter area.
• Assist customers with inquiries, promotions and product information.
• Perform opening and closing cashier duties, including cash reconciliation.
• Follow SOPs and loss prevention guidelines.
• Support front-end operations and teamwork with store staff.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Cashier Supervisor (Bandar Tasik Puteri, Selangor)

The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering friendly and professional customer service. This role supports smooth front-end operations and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers at Segi Fresh.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately using POS system


• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payment methods responsibly


• Ensure correct pricing, scanning, and billing of items


• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter area


• Assist customers with inquiries, promotions, and basic product information


• Perform opening and closing cashier duties, including cash reconciliation


• Follow company procedures, SOPs, and loss prevention guidelines


• Support front-end operations and teamwork with store staff


• Carry out any other duties and tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time

About you

• No prior experience required; training will be provided


• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
