Job summary

CREATIVE STATIONERY SDN BHD invites applications for a merchandising/customer service role in Johor. You will assist customers, process orders, maintain records, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. You will plan merchandising strategies, monitor stock movement, and coordinate promotions with store teams.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, with fresh graduates welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this

Qualifications

• Education: SPM or Diploma is required.
• Experience: 1–2 years in related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Merchandising or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers such as arrange rack, replenishment and etc.
• Order processing
• Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
• Identify and resolve customer problems and complaints with best solution
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies
• Monitor product movement; consider markdowns, promotions, price changes
• Produce layout plans for stores; maintain shelves and inventory
• Build customer relationships and work with partners to close deals
• Involve in marketing plans, organize promotions and related merchandising
• Assist in other processes as required by Supervisor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 1. Provide service to customers such as arrange rack, replenishment and etc.
2. 2. Order processing
3. 3. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
4. 4. Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selection the best solution
5. 5. Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
6. 6. Planning and developing merchandising strategies
7. 7. Monitor product movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs to maximize profit
8. 8. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory of customers
9. 9. Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
10. 10. Involve in doing marketing plan and proposal, organizing promotion event, planning promotion plan and etc. related to merchandising
11. 11. Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by the Supervisor.
12. 12. Ad-hoc Task

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education : Candidate must possess a least a SPM or Diploma.

Experience : At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably candidate with experience in merchandising or customer service.

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent data organizing skill, specifically in excel
• Detail oriented, sensitive towards figure and numbers
