Job summary

MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support daily reception and administrative operations at our Penang site. The role involves handling documents, office supplies, employee records, vehicle bookings, travel arrangements and general admin duties.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, detail-oriented and able to coordinate effectively with different departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming letters, documents and distribution to relevant departments.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms, safety shoes and PPE stock.
• Prepare monthly punch cards for site workers.
• Maintain employee extension, email list and badges.
• Assist with company car booking and vehicle records.
• Handle FOMEMA-related administrative work and documentation.
• Arrange hotel and flight bookings for employees.
• Provide general reception and administrative support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
