Job summary

TMF Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior leader to drive the Kuala Lumpur Regional Delivery Center (RDC). You will build a high-performing, multi-site hub supporting APAC markets and oversee accounting, tax, entity management, payments, and payroll.

You will partner with regional offices and global stakeholders to transition work into the RDC, drive operational excellence, and manage a large cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale shared services (200+ FTE) across multiple geographies.
• Strong track record building and scaling RDC delivery capabilities.
• Deep service line knowledge across accounting, tax, entity management, payments and payroll.
• Commercial acumen with P&L ownership and capability to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Kuala Lumpur RDC as a high-performing, multi-site hub supporting APAC markets.
• Partner with regional offices and global stakeholders to transition work into the RDC and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and lead a large, multi-disciplinary team across accounting, tax, entity management, payments and payroll.
• Drive operational excellence through productivity measurement, process optimisation, automation, and simplifying internal billing and metrics.
• Own and manage the RDC P&L, ensuring cost efficiency and scalable growth toward a sustainable profit centre.
• Embed a value-driven operating model aligned to global RDC standards and governance.
• Champion client-centric culture, ensuring delivery quality, risk management, and compliance with ISAE and ISO standards.
