Job summary

BD is seeking a Global Service Regional Leader for the Record-to-Report (RTR) service line in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising financial reporting, and implementing improvements within the RTR process.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including leadership in accounting roles, with strong collaboration skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with 3–5 years in accounting leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional service delivery and compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead audit processes and mitigate risks.
• Oversee financial reconciliation and accurate report generation.
• Support implementation of financial systems and data integrity.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder management and project management.
