Job summary

RBC in Putrajaya, Malaysia seeks an experienced Business Partnership & Technical Analysis leader to support APAC Sales, drive issue resolution, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will lead 20+ CBDDT team members across remote and hybrid environments, manage shifts spanning APAC and NY hours, foster wellbeing, mentor staff, and collaborate with global teams to ensure stability and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Capital Markets Technology or Technical Support roles.
• Proven people leadership experience managing distributed or remote teams, ideally 15+ team members.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills with Sales or client-facing teams.
• Experience as a technical business analyst translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional influence and communication skills for building community and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical business analyst supporting APAC Sales teams.
• Investigate and resolve client value-related issues impacting sales effectiveness.
• Partner with sales leadership to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide timely analysis and recommendations on client value technical issues.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Ensure APAC sales teams have the technical support needed to drive business outcomes.
