Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities and supplier relationships in Malaysia. The role focuses on sourcing, purchasing, order fulfilment and delivery, with emphasis on timely supplier performance and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in procurement or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor/PG Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing/engineering industries.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing and purchasing to order fulfilment and delivery.

Our client is an well establish established technology and manufacturing solutions company with operations in Malaysia. The company is looking for a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, supplier relationships, and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing and purchasing to order fulfilment and delivery
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability and delivery performance
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and conditions with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within the approved purchasing authority
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Manage supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery and material specifications
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on procurement requirements and specification changes
• Develop and coordinate procurement processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts and related documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
• Perform other procurement-related duties and ad-hoc assignments when required

Key Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related discipline
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or supply chain, preferable with Manufacturing, Engineering relevant industries
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers
