Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Shah Alam invites an Executive, Research and Development to contribute to the development and innovation of food ingredient products, ensuring quality documentation and compliance.

You will perform laboratory trials, product testing, shelf-life studies, and support audits, requiring a degree in science and strong attention to detail to foster new product initiatives and stay current with food trends.

Qualifications

Experience in a laboratory or R&D environment is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good documentation habits and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Assist in development, improvement, and innovation of food ingredient products.
Evaluate and test new raw materials or ingredients for suitability and performance.
Conduct laboratory trials, product testing, shelf-life studies and basic process evaluations.
Stay updated on food trends, innovative ingredients, and emerging technologies.
Support application trials and basic troubleshooting to ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare, update, and maintain R&D documentation including specifications and trial reports.
Support HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP documentation and related procedures.
Assist with internal, external, and customer audits as required.
Perform administrative and coordination tasks.
