Desa Southern Food Products Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an imaginative R&D specialist to develop and improve food products from concept to commercialization in Batu Pahat, Malaysia.

You will lead food formulation, conduct product trials and sensory evaluation, and work closely with Production, QA, Marketing, Purchasing and Sales teams. A degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition Science or a related field is required.

Formación

• Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field.
• Hands-on, creative with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in snacks, nuts or preserved fruits is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Food formulation, product trials & sensory evaluation.
• Factory scale-up & product commercialization.
• Ingredient evaluation & cost feasibility.
• Work closely with Production, QA, Marketing, Purchasing & Sales teams.
