Job summary

Versatile Setup Sdn Bhd is seeking a professional to design, develop and improve new products and processes to meet performance and quality standards. You will conduct research on emerging products and trends relevant to the industry and prepare technical documentation.

Collaborating with QA/QC, service teams, marketing and operations, you will address concerns, present performance evaluations to management, and help define requirements for successful implementation across the business.

• Design, develop and improve new products and processes to meet performance and quality standards

• Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, product specifications, instruction manuals
• Present product performance evaluations and development updates to management
