Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in R&D, product development, manufacturing or engineering.
• Knowledge of concrete products, construction materials or manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of engineering/design or data analysis software.
• Willing to travel or work on-site when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve new and existing products based on customer needs, market trends and industry standards.
• Conduct research, feasibility studies and testing for new products, materials and technologies.
• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, product quality and cost effectiveness.
• Provide technical support to production and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure products, processes and R&D activities comply with ISO, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical documents, product specifications, test reports and R&D records.
• Plan and monitor R&D projects to ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales & Marketing and other departments on product and process improvements.
• Liaise with universities, research institutions, suppliers and industry partners for research and innovation projects.
• Support the implementation of digital tools, data analysis and new technologies to improve operations.
