Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop product design drawings and layout plans.
• Develop detailed designs for new products, including technical drawings and specifications (dimensions, materials, and processes).
• Conduct lighting calculations and lux simulations to support product development and project requirements.
• Perform product testing using laboratory equipment such as goniophotometer, IP testing equipment, and integrating sphere.
• Prepare and maintain ISO 9001 documentation for the R&D department, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
• Provide technical support to the Project Sales team on product applications, specifications, and project-related matters.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
