Job summary

Infosys is seeking a diligent Sales Support professional in Malaysia to assist client managers with rapid quote generation and data consolidation. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with overseas offices, and ensure timely closure within SLA.

Qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business, 2+ years in IT sales support, strong English and numeracy, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or related field.
• More than 2 years’ experience in Sales Support role of IT industry.
• Good in English, Mathematics, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Understanding of Sales/buying cycle and ability to handle dispute case.
• Good Problem-Solving skill.
• Meticulous and Detailed in numbers.

Responsibilities

• Assist client manager in generating quotes to facilitate fast turnaround; may involve pricing knowledge.
• Gather and consolidate information for each quote request.
• Handle incoming quotation requests including overseas requests from other offices.
• Frequent follow-up calls to achieve client request closure within SLA.
• Process and follow up on dispute cases or open issues within SLA.
• Interact with external and internal queries professionally.
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• QA responsibilities and mentoring for new joiners.
• Assist in order submission if required.
