Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in customer service or sales support
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers/Executives with quotations, system entries, environmental documentation, PCN/EOL management, and sample requests
• Create and maintain supply, demand and inventory-related data
• Manage a high volume of product information, emails and Excel-based data accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper follow-up and prioritization across multiple customer and product requirements
• Drive continuous operational improvements within the ASEAN Japanese Sales Team
